Delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed through Stripe. Tracked standard delivery is currently included for supported destinations shown at checkout.

The checkout estimate is normally 3-7 business days. The final time depends on stock, destination, and carrier. If dispatch cannot meet the stated estimate, support will contact you using the order email.

Withdrawal

For most online purchases, consumers have 14 days to notify the seller that they are withdrawing. For goods, the period normally begins the day after delivery. No reason is required.

Submit the online withdrawal form to receive a written reference and acknowledgement. Wait for the return address and safe packing instructions before sending a knife. The customer pays the disclosed return cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds & complaints

A withdrawal refund is made to the original payment method after the returned goods are received, or after acceptable proof of return is supplied. Any reduction may only reflect handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the product.

A damaged, incorrect, or faulty item is a complaint rather than a change of mind. Email support@kotoknives.se with the order number and photos before using the item.

Payment & prices

Prices are shown in SEK and include VAT when applicable. Tracked standard delivery is shown as free before the final Stripe payment step. No card details are stored by this website; Stripe handles payment and authentication.

Product, finish, quantity, delivery method, tax treatment, and final total are displayed again in Stripe before payment is submitted.

Privacy

Order and contact details are used to take payment, deliver goods, handle returns, meet accounting obligations, prevent misuse, and answer support requests. Payment data is processed by Stripe; delivery details are shared with the selected carrier; order or withdrawal email may be processed by the configured email provider.

Information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. Contact support@kotoknives.se to request access, correction, deletion where permitted, or information about a specific processing activity.

Knife care

Hand wash, dry immediately, and use a wood or suitable synthetic board. Avoid dishwashers, glass boards, frozen food, bones, and twisting the edge in a cut.

Pattern and natural wood tone can vary slightly from photography. Those finish variations do not change the intended function of the product.
